Six Flags Reading Club

Mrs. Lee is happy to report that Abby Kelley Foster is the top school in New England for their reading program! They are donating books to the library and classrooms. They will visit our school in November. When they present the books, they will be bringing their characters for a big celebration.

Our School participates in the Six Flags Reading Club. The Read to Succeed is a free educational program sponsored by Six Flags designed to encourage reading for fun. As part of the program, the Six Flags Six Hour Reading Club inspires kids in grades K through 6 to engage in recreational reading. Students who complete at least 10 hours of recreational, non-school related reading are eligible to earn a free admission ticket to a participating Six Flags theme park. The reading must be done in their free time (arrival, lunch, recess, snack, dismissal or after their school work is done.)
