Abby Kelly Foster Charter Public School is currently a member of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletics Association (MIAA). Abby Kelly Foster is committed to excellence in academics and athletics. It is the belief of this school to strengthen not only the mind but also the body. The addition of MIAA athletics to our school will allow our students to compete in a league with peers from the surrounding communities while learning about teamwork, fitness, and wellness.
All student athletes must adhere to the prior and following rules and regulations:
- Students must have a physical exam within 13 months of each day of athletic participation.
- Age requirements: JV and varsity level athletes above the age of 19 before Sept 1. need a waiver to participate.

Any student may try out for a team, regardless of his/her grades but may not practice or play until the next quarterly grades are posted and the criteria above has been met. The Building Administrator reserves the right to consider probation for a student who has shown outstanding effort.
