Dr. Cole and Jim Dunn will offer a monthly workshop/seminar via Zoom each month for AKFCS families. Each month will focus on a variety of SEL topics that you can learn and implement in your home. This month Jim and Dr. Cole will be introducing what SEL is and the 5 Core Competencies associated with Social Emotional Learning. Other topics such as Gratitude, Mindfulness and Responsible Decision Making are just some of the topics that will be covered throughout the year.
