SEL teacher, Ms. Hendricks, is running a Wellness Workshop for AKF parents Monday, October 2nd from 5-6 pm. This workshop provides parents with an opportunity to practice self-care. The workshop will include breath awareness, visualization, mindful movement and connecting with others.
